What is AC Doughworks’ return policy?
You are welcome to return any goods purchased online (with the exception of SALE items and digital products) within 7 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, please email us at info@acdoughworks.co.za.
Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) are in their original, unopened packaging.
If you are returning an item because it is not suitable or due to a change of mind, we will issue a refund once the item has been returned to us and confirmed to be in the same condition as shipped.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Courier fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are typically processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned item.
Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items or digital products.
What if I receive damaged or broken items?
If your order arrives damaged or not in mint condition, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you are welcome to request a refund and place a new order for your preferred item. Please note that shipping fees apply for both the return of the original item and the delivery of the new item.
