About this planner

A short, kind reset for the weeks when everything is too much. Fifteen pages, which is the point — a fifty-page journal handed to someone who is struggling is another obligation. This is meant to be finishable.

The prompts do not ask you to be grateful or to find the lesson. They ask what is actually happening, what you are carrying that is not yours, and what the smallest next thing is. It was written for the season after something hard, not for a productivity routine.

How people use it

There is no schedule. Some people do a page a day for a fortnight, others open it three times in a month. Write badly and out of order — nobody is reading it. If a prompt does not land, skip it; the pages are not sequential by necessity.

What's inside

  • Where I am right now — an honest starting page, no prompts to perform
  • What I am carrying, and which parts belong to someone else
  • Prompts for naming a feeling without having to fix it
  • One small next thing, repeated across several pages
  • A closing page to read back on a better day

This is for you if

  • You are in a difficult season and journalling feels like too much
  • You have never journalled and want somewhere small to start
  • You want to think without an audience
  • You want to give something gentle to someone who is struggling

Format

  • 15-page PDF, printable A4 plus a hyperlinked tablet version
  • Undated
  • Reprint any page as often as you need
