Digital planners and journals
What format are your digital planners and journals in?
All planners and journals are PDFs. Most include both a printable A4 version and a hyperlinked version for note-taking apps like GoodNotes or Notability.
How do I receive my order?
Your files are emailed to you personally rather than by an automated link — usually within a few hours, and always within one working day. You will get an immediate payment confirmation first, so you know the order came through. If the files have not arrived within a working day, check your spam folder and then email info@acdoughworks.co.za.
Can I print the planners at home?
Yes. The printable A4 version is designed for home printing or for a local print shop.
Can I use them on my phone or tablet?
Yes. For the best experience use a tablet with a stylus and a note-taking app — GoodNotes on iPad, or Noteshelf on Android.
Are the planners dated?
They are undated, so you can start on any day of any month and reprint a page whenever a week goes sideways.
Where should I start if I am new?
Start with the Budget Planner or the Weekly Planner — both are inexpensive and show you how the layouts think. If you know you want everything, the All Inclusive Bundle is the best value.
Brand and marketing packages
How do I book a package?
Pay the 50% deposit on the package page. That books your slot in the schedule and sends you a short brief to complete. The balance is due on delivery.
How long does a package take?
Between 5–7 business days for the Starter Brand Kit and 14–21 business days for the Business Pro Package. The turnaround for each one is stated on its page and agreed before work begins.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds on most packages and three on the Business Pro Package. Additional rounds beyond those are billed at R250 per round. Sending all your notes at once counts as one round.
Do I own the files?
Yes. On final handover you receive editable source files as well as export-ready versions. The work is yours to use however you need.
Can I buy just one piece instead of a whole package?
Yes — every deliverable is available individually on the add-ons page. If you need three or more items, a package is almost always cheaper.
What is The Growth Blueprint?
A personalised PDF marketing roadmap included with the Social Media Growth Kit and above. It contains your content strategy, a 30-day posting calendar, content pillars, caption prompts and growth ideas for the next 90 days.
Payment and policies
How do I pay?
Card payments are processed securely by Payfast. You are redirected to Payfast to enter your card details — they are never entered on this site or seen by the studio.
What currency am I charged in?
All payments settle in South African Rand. USD prices shown alongside are indicative for international clients, so the exact dollar amount depends on your bank’s rate on the day.
Can I get a refund on a digital download?
Once the files have been sent, digital products are not refundable. If a file is faulty or will not open, email info@acdoughworks.co.za and it will be fixed or replaced.
Do you offer payment plans on packages?
The standard arrangement is a 50% deposit and the balance on delivery. For the larger packages, get in touch and something workable can usually be arranged.
